- Goreme Open Air Museum The guide will discuss the significance of Christianity and monastic life, before you can explore the 10 th and 11 th century cave church and monasteries with beautiful frescos depicting famous biblical scenes.
- You can see the abandoned Greek houses in Cavusin Village that were left behind during the Greek/Turkish Population Exchange in 1924.
- Avanos offers a buffet-style lunch that features a variety of Cappadocia foods, including mezes and salads as well as meat, vegetarian, and dessert dishes.
- You can still visit Avanos' family-run pottery shop, which is located in an underground cave. The Hitites used clay from the Kizilirmak River (Red) to make pottery before 1700BC. This art form continues today. You can see a master potter demonstrate how to make one, as well as the glazers and painters applying their intricate patterns. You can have a go at making your own pot by learning how to use the potter's wheel.
- Pasabagi (also known by Monks Valley due to the Chapel of Saint Simeon located there) is a place where you can wander through unusual clusters of mushroom-shaped "fairy chimneys", (rock formations).
- Devrent Valley (or "Imagination Valley") - is a beautiful valley in which you can find natural rock formations in many of the most recognisable shapes found in cappadocia. You can use your imagination to find other shapes. - Return to your hotel at 16.00.
